Your easiest next sale is usually to someone who already bought from you and was happy.

Why retention matters

Many owners spend most of their effort finding new customers and forget the ones who already trust them. Existing customers already know your quality, so a well-timed follow-up often costs far less than a new lead from ads.

புதிய customer-ஐ தேடுவதை விட, பழைய customer-ஐ மீண்டும் வாங்க வைப்பது எளிது.

Follow up after every delivery

Call or message a few days after delivery to ask whether everything is fine. Fix small problems quickly — a solved complaint often builds more loyalty than a perfect order.

Know when customers will need you again

Note the usual reorder or service interval for each customer type. A simple reminder list lets your team contact them before they think of a competitor.

Ask for feedback and act on it

Ask one simple question: how likely are you to recommend us, and why? Track the answers monthly and fix the most repeated complaint first.

Win back quiet customers respectfully

List customers who have not bought in six months and reach out personally. Use WhatsApp only with customers who agreed to hear from you, and keep messages useful rather than spammy.

Your first action this week
