Bookings and payments

Growth Star privately stores your name, WhatsApp number, email, business name, city, selected event and self-reported turnover to manage registrations and follow-up. Authorized staff receive booking notifications and access the private booking sheet. Razorpay handles payment and receives the booking details you submit. A payment-page visit is not proof of payment.

Advertising measurement

Allow Meta and Google advertising cookies and interaction reporting for ad measurement and optimization. Google ad click identifiers are linked privately to bookings; verified Razorpay payment amount, currency, time and a payment-derived transaction ID are reported to Google for paid-ticket attribution. If you separately accept matching in the booking form, your name, phone, email and city are securely hashed and shared with Meta to match bookings and verified payments. No business turnover is shared. Optional; withdraw any time in Cookie settings.

Meta receives permitted page views, booking/contact events and verified payment events; Google receives permitted booking conversion events and signature-verified paid-ticket events. Google click identifiers are captured only when advertising is permitted, stored privately with your booking and reported with the verified payment amount, currency, original time and payment-derived transaction ID. UTM source, campaign and creative labels help staff identify the source of enquiries and verified paid bookings in the private sheet; a tag alone does not prove Google attribution. These platforms may receive your IP address, browser information and advertising cookie/click identifiers. Advertising is optional and never required to book. Read how Google uses advertising data.

Customer matching shares securely hashed name, phone, email and city only after the separate booking-form acceptance. Hashing is not anonymization. We do not share business name or turnover as advertising parameters, and Google paid-ticket reporting does not include contact matching fields.

Your choices

Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to accept or reject advertising at any time. Rejection stops future browser and server advertising reporting, including delayed matched payments and Google paid-ticket retries. We retain the original acceptance and later withdrawal evidence, including the notice version, date and region. A later acceptance does not resend previously blocked events.

Consent-required or unknown regions start with tracking blocked. Ordinary advertising measurement outside those regions is allowed unless you reject; customer matching still requires explicit acceptance everywhere. Google and Meta also offer their own account privacy controls.

For booking-data or consent questions, contact Growth Star on WhatsApp. Withdrawal cannot recall data already received by an advertising platform.

Direct bank payments

Authorized owners may confirm bank receipts against your booking. Amount, ticket count, actual received time, a private reference hash and confirmation history are kept separately from Razorpay payments. Only with recorded advertising and matching acceptance at the sale time and no withdrawal may Meta receive the actual sale amount, currency, time, ticket count, sale channel and securely hashed matching fields. Bank account details and transaction references are never sent to Meta. A manual Sheet status is not verification; Google does not receive bank-payment conversions. Withdraw through Cookie settings or contact Growth Star for CRM consent requests; later acceptance never replays blocked sales.
